First Things First . . .

This is the project that convinced my mom I should get this started. My best friend, Katelyn Marie Smith, turned 19 this last week and she has this issue with deserts. Luckily, four years of friendship has taught me that Starbucks cake pops are always good - so I decided to figure them out. Her favorite color is orange, stars are supposed to be yellow, and the green goes well with both of them. I ended up with this. . .
I have these candy pens that I used to write the 'Happy Birthday Katie' on the pops. I decorated the cake balls with sprinkles. It looked good, but kind of empty.
So I got these awesome candles that light with candles that light up with different colors. Totally Kate's style. The styro-bump still looked a little devoid though.
I started with the marbled pops. I marbled pink and blue together and then wanted to add some purple so I did the drizzled pops. The pops with the eyeballs are more catered to Kate. We've got a strange friendship to say the least. Executive chef, signing out.

Open for business!

This is pretty much a test post, but hey, everyone starts somehow. My name is Paige Anne and this is the homepage for Sibling Revelry, my new catering business. Soon, which means - hopefully - within the next few days, I'll have a type of menu and a price list up on one of the sidebars. Otherwise, I'll just post pictures and descriptions of the jobs I do. If you like my stuff, or have some ideas you want me to try and accomplish for you email me at paigeanne77@hotmail.com. I don't answer my phone if I don't know the number or else I'd post that. Happy eatings!
